WEATHER POLICY

Unfortunately, no one can predict the weather. If rain is predicted in the forecast and you would rather cancel or reschedule, we will allow a full refund of your deposit up to 2 hours prior to your event due to weather. SAFETY is our primary concern. We have the right to cancel at any time due to weather conditions. That is why it is advisable for you to frequently check the weather prior to the day of the event and on the day of the event. 

Once the unit is delivered and set up, there are no refunds regardless of how long the equipment was used; so please make a decision you will be happy with.

  • Please call before the driver leaves to avoid deposit forfeit and/or cancellation fee. 

  • When the weather is unsuitable, prior to driver leaving the premises, you have an option to reschedule within 60 days. We will try our best to accommadate you based on availability.

  • If an event has started and the weather conditions become unsuitable, we ask that you immediately stop the event and the operation of the equipment. 

  • Gather everyone to a place of safety. Then, if weather permits, cover or move the electrical equipment to safety.

  • Do not restart the equipment unless rain, thunderstorms, lightening, or high winds have ceased for 30 minutes.
